Ketika mata ngantuk, belum tentu pikiran kita juga akan istirahat.
terkadang berfikir membuat tubuh kita seperti melakukan aktifitas walaupun kita sudah beristirahat ataub tidur.
terkadang juga, pikiran kita membuat kita lapar karena otak kita terus berfungsi dan kerja otak tersebut juga membutuhkan tenaga.
Fikiran kita juga tak tanggung tanggung mengikuti kita sampai ke alam mimpi dan itu berpengaruh juga pada kualitas tidur kita.
Mimpi buruk maupun baik juga tergantung pada apa yang kita pikirkan sebelum tidur.
maka dari itu, usahakan sebelum tidur lakukanlah kebiasaan-kebiasaan kecil yang sedikit berguna untuk kualitas tidur anda, seperti strching kecil, wudlu, minum susu hangat serta awali tidur anda dengan doa dan cobalah berfikir positif ketika anda mulai memejamkan mata anda. kurasa itu akan sangat membantu anda dalam memperbaiki kualitas tidur anda.

SYukuran Petak Baru
kmaren telah di posting syukuran petak jg, namun gara2 ada penggeseran wisma baru dan pengregionalan kami ke kampus daerah, jadi wisma q yang semla wisma 25 bwh berubah jd wisma 27 bawah petak B, but alhamdulilah, kawannya asik2, jg ada beberapa kawan lama yg dari petak dulu jg sekelas ma aq like Nany jatim, Aulia sultra juga pengasuh OJT (orgnaizer job training) kami baaiiikkk bgt, cantik pula, namanya bu Dewi purna IX. but, mengenaskannya q ud gg sekelah dan sewisma ma Steffi lg. yaaa. tp semangaat. hidup masih panjang. BANZAIIII
